PSA Pop: Police: Man arrested for threatening to blow up hotel

Police have arrested a man after they received a report he threatened to blow himself up at a hotel in Brisbane.
In a statement, the Queensland Police Service said the man had allegedly threatened to shoot himself at the St Vincent de Paul Hotel in Paddington on Wednesday night.
The incident is not believed to be linked to terrorism.
Police were called to the hotel shortly before 11:30pm on Wednesday and received a number of calls about a man shouting threats.
A man, who had allegedly shouted “I will blow myself up” and threatened to “blow the whole place up”, was arrested on the scene.
Police said the suspect was interviewed and released on bail.
